NEW YORK, October 16, 2018 –PIX11, Tribune Broadcasting’s New York flagship station, has partnered withThe United War Veterans Council for the fourth consecutive year serve as the broadcast television partner for the New York City Veterans Day Parade, the largest commemoration of service in the nation.
On November 11, PIX11 will air the parade from 11am-2pm. Together the United War Veterans Council andwill bring the stories of veterans to the broader public emphasizing the importance of service and personal sacrifice.
will provide full coverage of the parade from 11am-2pm, with PIX11 News anchors Tamsen Fadal and Kori Chambers on-site from Fifth Avenue as the parade marches from 26th Street to 53rd Street. In addition, the parade will also air on in Miami.
PIX11 will also air a 60-minute parade recap special on Sunday, November 18 from 4-5p.
